On Wednesday, both the House and Senate Education committees passed a bill that would establish a commission for charter school authorization (HB 940 / SB 796). Click here to access the full language of the bill.
The spotlight is on the ESA/voucher bill that will be heard before the full House Education Committee on Wednesday morning.
